Radiant and Hydronic in Older Port Moody Homes
Moody Centre and the older streets around it hold a lot of hydronic heating, both cast iron radiators and later in-floor tubing. Pressure that keeps dropping points at a leak in the loop or a failed expansion tank; banging and kettling usually mean scale or restricted circulation. Each points somewhere specific, and the difference matters because the repairs are not remotely comparable in cost.
