Are your technicians licensed in BC?

Our technicians are trained professionals. Gas work is performed by appropriately qualified/certified gas fitters in accordance with Technical Safety BC regulations. Ask us for current credential details before booking gas work.

What should I do if I smell gas?

If you smell gas or rotten eggs, leave the building immediately, do not use electrical switches or phones inside, and call FortisBC at 1-800-663-9911 or 911. Once safe, you may contact us for follow-up gas fitting services.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

We primarily serve residential homeowners and commercial properties. Please contact us to discuss larger commercial or industrial projects.

How do I shut off my water in an emergency?

Your main water shutoff valve is usually near your water meter, often in a utility room, crawlspace, or near an exterior wall. Turn it clockwise to close, then call us.

Do you work on heating systems?

Yes. We offer furnace installation and repair, boiler service, heat pump installation, and related heating services across the Lower Mainland. Some specific services are subject to verification.

Do I need a permit for plumbing or gas work?

Many plumbing and gas projects require a municipal permit. We can advise you on permit requirements for your project and work to BC Building Code standards.

What payment methods do you accept?
